    Green Apron at the Stratton Golf Course brings the fresh tastes of Vermont right to your table. Serving a menu that evolves with the season perfectly paired with craft beer, wine and cocktails. Stop in before your round to fuel up for a full 18. Swing through after your round to recall your best shot of the day over dinner and drinks, or come enjoy summer time patio dining with views of the 18th green and one of the best views of Stratton Mountain.

    Green Apron Weekly Specials
    • Tuesday Special: Tuesdays just got better. Enjoy bottomless chips and salsa with any purchase and $5 taco specials after 4pm, $10 margs all day. Then put your knowledge to the test when Trivia kicks off at 5pm, featuring weekly prizes and a season-long grand prize. Bring your A-team and make Tuesday your new favorite night on the mountain.
    • Friday Special: Kick off the weekend every Friday with Fish Fry-Day. Enjoy our signature Fish & Chips with a draft beer for just $15, plus fresh New England Lobster Rolls available while they last and served your way: hot with drawn butter or classic chilled with herb mayo. Live music 5pm-8pm!
    • Saturday Special: Every Saturday from 5pm-8pm, enjoy a perfectly grilled New York Strip Steak Frites served with your choice of classic Au Poivre or house-made Chimichurri for just $20!
    • Sunday Special: Slow Smoker Sundays from 4pm - 8pm. Enjoy this pop-up BBQ buffet with an all-you-can-eat, rotating selection of house-smoked favorites alongside classic sides, accompanied by live music and savory views. Kids under 10 eat free with an adult plate (1/1 ratio). Additional kids' plates are $10. $30 per adult plate; all-you-can-eat BBQ. Live music begins at 5pm.

    Green Apron is now open seven days a week. Breakfast sandwiches are available from 8AM to 11AM on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays in the new BevBridge, a drive-through covered bridge styled snack and beverage barn, come check it out!
