Welcome to Stratton Mountain Resort. We hope you enjoy your visit with our numerous lodging properties and activities located on resort. For lodging guests, please see below for check-in information at either the Welcome Center or Black Bear Lodge, depending on your arrival time. Be sure to check the Mountain Report for real time openings and closures, as things may change due to weather at any time. We can't wait to see you out there!

*Summit Lifts close at 3:30pm from Opening Day to January 17, 2025. Upper Mountain remains open till 4pm from January 18, 2025 till close.

- Welcome Center - 3 charging stations. Located in 3 designated parking spots closest to the flag poles.
- Lot 1 - 8 charging stations. Located in first parking spots on your right upon entry.
All our current chargers are ChargePoint Level 2 systems.
Guest Services
Guest Services, located at the outside windows of the Main Base Lodge, is there to help with general resort questions, season passes and lift tickets. Per-purchased lift tickets and season passes can be picked up at Guest Services. Lift tickets can be purchased at this location. Please visit the outside ticket windows.

Stratton's Lost & Found can be found in the main Base Lodge at the Info Desk. This is the best place to stop for general resort questions, to pick up a trail map or to check lost and found. We are here to help!

Season Locker Rental
Seasonal lockers are located at skier drop off.
Lockers can comfortably hold equipment for a family of 4 and be securely locked with a combination lock of your choice.
The entrance to the locker room is secured with a keypad and code. Once you purchase you will receive the door code.
