The Stratton Training & Fitness Center offers a variety of massage therapy modalities. Call the Stratton Training and Fitness Center at 802-297-4230 to schedule an appointment in advance.
Each guest will begin by completing a profile questionnaire and reviewing it with their massage therapist. Together, they will design a personalized treatment plan tailored to the guest’s specific needs on the day of the appointment. The therapist will use a customized blend of techniques—Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Sports Massage—to achieve the desired therapeutic outcome.
Price includes full-day access to the Training & Fitness Center on the day of your scheduled massage.
