      "We just completed our first year participating in Stratton’s Owner Rental Program. We had some reservations at first, mainly concerning whether the property would receive enough bookings, how the interior would be treated by renters, and the ease of communication with the owner rental program staff. Despite these concerns, we decided to move forward, and we are SO glad we did. The year was a success! The bookings were plentiful, the property remained in excellent shape (the cleaning staff was always efficient and thorough), and we can’t say enough about the responsiveness of the owner rental program staff. Melanie, in particular, promptly responded to every email and call. The best part of the program is how easy it is to work with her, and the little perks that come with participating in the program. For example, over the past year we upgraded a few items such as bathroom counters, fixtures, and furniture, and Melanie coordinated with those vendors to allow for entry and/or the work to be done if we were unable to be present.
