DO YOU OFFER A PAYMENT PLAN FOR IKON PASS OR STRATTON SEASON PASS PURCHASES?
Yes. Affirm is a third-party payment plan option that allows you to buy now and pay over time. To purchase with the Affirm payment plan, add an Ikon Pass or Stratton season pass to your cart, proceed to check out, then select Affirm as your payment option. ARE DISCOUNTS OFFERED FOR STUDENTS, NURSES OR MILITARY PERSONNEL?
Yes, discounts are available on Ikon Pass products at check-out for active licensed nurses, enrolled students, plus active duty and retired military personnel and their adult dependents in North America (verified by SheerID).
HOW DO I UPLOAD MY PASS PHOTO AND SIGN MY WAIVER?
Winter is fast approaching. Make sure you're all set with your pass in hand when the lifts start spinning. If you still need to upload your pass photo or sign your waiver form, take care of it now so you can head straight to the hill and not wait in the ticket line.
HOW DO I GET MY SEASON PASS?
When you purchase an Ikon Pass, your Ikon Pass will be mailed directly to you in the Fall. Ensure that your pass photo is uploaded and your waiver is signed; these can be completed through your online account. Stratton's Guest Service window can print out your pass for the season on your first visit.
All Stratton Season Passes (Summit Pass, Select Pass, Strattitude Pass) will use the same pass from the previous season to the next. Hold on to your current pass to renew for next season, or stop by Stratton's Guest Service window to print out your newly purchased pass. If renewed, you will use the same pass for the following winter.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All pass purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable regardless of circumstance, unless Season Pass protection is purchased. Season Pass protection is highly recommended and available for a minimal fee at the time of your purchase. Other restrictions and limitations may apply. Visit the Policy Page for more details.
What insurance coverage is available?

WHAT ARE BLACKOUT DATES?
Blackout dates are days your pass product is not valid for lift access. If you have an Ikon Base Pass or Stratton Select Pass, the blackout dates are Dec. 27-31, 2025; Jan. 17-18, 2026; Feb. 14-15, 2026. You must purchase a lift ticket if you want to ski or ride on any of these dates.

First Tracks is included with the Stratton Summit Pass and available as an add-on with the full Ikon Pass. With a First Tracks Pass, you are granted lift access at 7:45am on weekends and holidays, conditions permitting. Lifts may include the Gondola, American Express, Sunrise Express and Ursa Express. HOW DO I ENJOY SUMMER FREE LIFT RIDE ACCESS WITH MY PASS?
Your 2025/2026 season pass grants you free access during summer/fall 2025 for Scenic Lift Rides on the Gondola and American Express. Just go to Guest Services, located in the main base area, with your season pass confirmation email and a photo ID for access. Free access is only extended to the pass holder. Others in your party who do not have a valid pass must purchase a ticket. Summer Mountain Bike access is excluded from this benefit.
HOW DO I ACCESS THE NORDIC CENTER DURING THE 2025-2026 WINTER SEASON?
Add on a seasonal Nordic Center trail access pass for just $43 when you purchase your Ikon Pass or Stratton Season Pass. Then show your pass at the warming hut for trail access. Cross-country, snowshoe and Fat Bike rental equipment is available for an additional fee. Special events or guided tours are excluded from this benefit.
CAN I USE A GIFT CARD OR CREDIT TO PURCHASE MY PASS?
No, a Stratton gift card or resort credit may not be used to purchase a Stratton Season Pass, Ikon Pass, Ikon Base Pass, Session Pass or First Tracks Pass. A gift card or credit may be used to purchase a Seasonal Snow School Program or a Transferrable Pass via phone.

When you purchase an Ikon Pass, your Ikon Pass will be mailed directly to you in the Fall. Ensure that your pass photo is uploaded and your waiver is signed; these can be completed through your online account. Stratton's Guest Service window can print out your pass for the season on your first visit.
All Stratton Season Passes (Summit Pass, Select Pass, Strattitude Pass) will use the same pass from the previous season to the next. Hold on to your current pass to renew for next season, or stop by Stratton's Guest Service window to print out your newly purchased pass. If renewed, you will use the same pass for the following winter.
