Summit Under The Stars part of The North Face Skintrack Series
Summit Under The Stars invites guests to experience Stratton Mountain Resort in a whole new way—traveling uphill under the stars before enjoying a moonlight descent and a well-earned farm-to-table dinner. As part of The North Face Skintrack Series, this guided uphill experience is designed to make touring approachable, social, and rewarding, whether it’s your first time or you're looking for a new way to enjoy the mountain.
The group will enjoy a guided tour up to the summit of Stratton Mountain. Upon arrival, we'll enjoy a warm beverage at the Hubert Haus at the Summit, before a moonlight descent to a dinner patiently awaiting in the main base lodge. Headlamps are highly encouraged and can be purchased at First Run.
Registrants will receive a FREE The North Face neck gaiter while supplies last. There will also be a raffle for a variety of The North Face gear before dinner.
START: 4:30pm check-in at main Base Lodge
HIKE: 5 - 7pm
DINNER: 7:30 - 9pm dinner
PRICE: $159 hike & dinner.

Warm Dinner Rolls with Honey Whipped Butter
Velvety Potato & Leek Soup
Slow-simmered Yukon gold potatoes and sweet leeks, blended until silky smooth and finished with fresh herbs and a touch of cream. A deeply comforting start to warm you from the inside out.
Course Two
Braised Short Ribs with Mushroom Cavatelli
Fork-tender short ribs braised low and slow, served over wild mushrooms & cavatelli in a rich, savory sauce layered with winter aromatics and herbs.
Vegetarian Alternative:
Stuffed Acorn Squash
Roasted acorn squash filled with nutty farro, burst cherry tomatoes, wilted spinach, and herbs — hearty, satisfying, and full of seasonal flavor.

Baked Apples in Puff Pastry
Whole apples baked until tender, wrapped in flaky puff pastry and brushed with maple syrup, served warm with a scoop of maple ice cream for the perfect sweet finish.
