All Stratton Pass purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable regardless of circumstance, unless Pass Insurance is purchased. Insurance is highly recommended and available for a minimal fee at the time of your purchase. Other restrictions and limitations may apply.
How does Season Pass Insurance work?
Season Pass Insurance provides coverage for you and your ski pass investment when the unexpected happens. No one plans on missing one of those blue-bird days when purchasing their pass. Season Pass Insurance covers the cost of your season pass when you experience unexpected events such as injury prior to or during the ski season, illness of a family member, job transfer, termination of employment, or pregnancy. Season Pass Preserver is offered through Red Sky Travel Insurance.
Season Pass Insurance can be purchased at time of season pass purchase, or prior to the start of the 2017/18 winter season. If you have purchased Season Pass Insurance please click here to learn more about your policy.
The Transferable Pass is not eligible for Pass Insurance.
What is Kids Ski Free?
All adult and senior Summit passes (ages 30+) purchased by April 30, 2017 are eligible for one free Summit pass for juniors ages 12 and under. The free passes may be assigned to your children or grandchildren. One free child pass per paying adult or senior (ages 30+) is permitted. Additional children passes are available for purchase at the published rates. The Kids Ski Free promotion expires April 30, 2017.
How many early access guest passes will I receive with my Summit pass?
All Summit passes include early access for the pass holder, and all adult (ages 30 and older) and senior passes will include one Early Access Guest Pass. The Early Access Guest Pass must be used in conjunction with another season pass type or a valid lift ticket. Additional Early Access Guest Passes may be purchased at any time for $329 each, plus tax, by calling 1-800-STRATTON or in person at Guest Services. Summit pass holder must accompany guest during early access times.
What is early access?
Early Lift Access is available to Summit Pass holders and their guests, with an Early Access Guest Pass, at 7:45am on weekends and holidays, weather permitting. You may confirm that early access is happening by calling the Early Access Hotline at 802.297.INFO (4636)
How do I redeem my 5 days at Tremblant, Blue or Snowshoe?
All Summit Pass holders are eligible for 5 days each of lift access at Tremblant, Blue and Snowshoe Mountain Resorts during the 17/18 season. This offer is for the individual pass holder only and does not include lodging or any additional activities. Further information on this redeeming benefit will be provided to you at later date.
Will the Midweek Pass be offered for the 2017-2018 Season?
The Midweek Pass has been discontinued for the 2017-2018 season. The Value Pass, which offers more days during the season, has been lowered in price and a new senior price (ages 70 and older) has been added.
Will the X2 card be offered for the 2017-2018 Season?
The X2 Card has also been retired and is being replaced by the Flex Card. The lower priced Value Pass may also be a great option.
Can I combine pass products?
Pass products may not be combined with other pass products. For example, you may not have a Sunday Pass and a Flex Card.
How does the Spring Add-on work?
Add-on skiing and riding through the end of the 2016-2017 season, with the purchase of a 2017-2018 Strattitude, Value or Sunday pass. The Value and Strattitude passes will be valid everyday through the end of the 2016-2017 season; Sunday passes will be valid every Sunday through the end of the 2016-2017 season.
How does the payment plan work?
If you elect the payment plan on the Value, Sunday, Strattitude or Flex Card you will be required to pay only $100 by April 30, 2017; the remainder of the of the balance will be charged to the credit card on file on September 1, 2017. The payment plan option is only available with purchases by April 30, 2017.
What are blackout dates?
Blackout dates are days that your pass product is not valid for lift access. If you have a Value Pass and want to ski or ride on any of the following days: 12/26/17-1/01/18; 1/13-1/14/18: 2/17-2/23/18, you will need to purchase a lift ticket. If you have a Sunday Pass and want to ski on the following Sundays: 12/31/17; 1/14/18; 2/18/18, you will need to purchase a lift ticket.
How does Resort charge work?
With Stratton Resort Charge, you never have to carry your wallet on the mountain again. Link your Season Pass to your credit card and use it to make purchases at on-mountain restaurants, retail shops, rental and demo shops and more. Enroll when you purchase your Season Pass or add it later.
I’ve purchased my season pass. Now what?
Has an Assumption of Risk been completed and is there a current photo on file for each pass in the household?
If yes, then starting in September, we’ll begin printing and mailing passes. Because of the number of passes, we cannot guarantee you will receive your pass in the mail prior to opening day; however, if you call and request that your pass be mailed we’ll expedite it for you. If you prefer, you may stop by the Guest Services Desk in the Main Base Lodge to pick up passes beginning in October, or at the Sunbowl Lodge Guest Services Desk once it is open for the winter season (check snow report for opening details).
Strattitude Passes: Will not be mailed out and must be picked up at the Guest Services Desk in person, with a valid photo ID.
Will my pass from last season work at the lift?
Your pass from last season will not be active at the lift, but we’ll be happy to print you a new one! Just stop by Guest Services, or complete the items above and request we mail it to you.
Is my Season Pass Transferrable?
Only you may use your Season Pass, it is not transferrable. Should your pass be lost or stolen please notify us immediately as passes that are attempted to be used at our lift by anyone other than the passholder will be taken, and the passholder will incur a $250 Fraudulent Use fee in order to be returned.
