TICKETS AND PASSES FAQ
Gain exclusive pass holder discounts on food and beverages, retail, activities, and more with Pass Holder Perks.
Leave your wallet at the lodge with resort charge. Link your credit card to your pass and scan it at Stratton-owned, on-mountain restaurants, retail shops, rental locations, and more.
Ski or snowboard for one hour from the time you print your ticket and if you're not satisfied with snow conditions, bring it to Guest Services or a ticket window within the hour receive a Snow Guarantee voucher for another day. You must purchase tickets directly from Stratton to receive Snow Guarantee. The ticket will save to your profile and it will be valid for one year from its issue date.

  • Only tickets purchased at Stratton ticket windows, lodging desks, through Stratton.com, or Stratton Vacation Sales are eligible for the Snow Guarantee.
  • Promotional, discounted, complimentary, or tickets purchased through a third-party sales channel are not eligible.
  • You may not continue riding after trading in your ticket for a Snow Guarantee.
  • A redeemed Snow Guarantee voucher is not eligible for another Snow Guarantee.
  • Your Snow Guarantee voucher is valid for one year from the date issued. Expiration dates cannot be extended.
  • Stratton reserves the right to deny a request that isn't within the parameters of our program. We may also modify the Snow Guarantee at any time.
