Recognized globally as a resort that helped pioneer the sport and culture of snowboarding, Stratton boasts an unparalleled commitment to the advancement of young snowboarders. Participating athletes will train with top-level coaches on various terrain to achieve high level of fundamentals to create a strong foundation to excel long term in the sport, while gaining experience in a competitive environment. Training will include terrain park and freestyle riding, halfpipe, boardercross and race activity, off-piste, trees, and bumps in accordance with athletes’ event schedule throughout the season.
The Progression team focuses on building towards competitions and may participate in Stratton hosted competitions, like USASA Boardercross and Rail Jam, and Homesick. The Progression team will practice all disciplines of riding, and may work towards specializing in either Racing + Freestyle (USASA), or Freeride (IFSA) in their future.

- Limited Enrollment
- Progression team will focus on preparing for Stratton hosted events and IFSA Friendly events
- Freeride focused athletes (ages 10+ to compete) will need to travel if they choose to compete. Travel not provided.
- Additional expenses, membership dues and event fees will be required.
- Ages 7-18 snowboard traveling competition program.
- Children will be placed into groups at check-in based on age, ability & class size.
- This is an advanced level program. We cannot accommodate novice riders.

- All members must have a valid lift ticket, Season Pass or Ikon Pass to participate.

Base Area - SB Comp Flag Holidays December 26 - 31 8:30am - 11:30am, 60min break*, 12:30pm - 3pm Base Area - SB Comp Flag January 19 8:30am - 11:30am, 60min break*, 12:30pm - 3pm Base Area - SB Comp Flag February 16 8:30am - 11:30am, 60min break*, 12:30pm - 3pm Base Area - SB Comp Flag - All members must have a valid lift ticket, Season Pass or Ikon Pass to participate.

Ensuring you have the best season on the snow is what we strive for. Our Seasonal Rental program is designed to best equip skiers and snowboarders of all ability levels, all season long. From easy to ride beginner rental packages to aggressive performance demos, we have the staff to get you into the gear best suited for your riding style.
A season-long lease allows you to bring your gear along with you on all your winter adventures. From your weekly program to a visit to a new mountain, or that next big trip, Stratton has the perfect package to outfit your needs for the slopes this winter.
