  • Saturday Special: Every Saturday from 5pm-8pm, enjoy a perfectly grilled New York Strip Steak Frites served with your choice of classic Au Poivre or house-made Chimichurri for just $20!
  • Sunday Special: Slow Smoker Sundays from 4pm - 8pm. Enjoy this pop-up BBQ buffet with an all-you-can-eat, rotating selection of house-smoked favorites alongside classic sides, accompanied by live music and savory views. Mid Mountain Brunch - Saturdays
Chairlift Brunches are a one-of-a-kind mountain dining experience designed to be as memorable as it is delicious. Board the American Express chairlift, where a scenic ride sets the tone with fresh air and sweeping views. A short walk will take you to the Mid-Mountain Lodge for an open-air, on-mountain brunch buffet on the outdoor patio. Enjoy acoustic live music by a local artist during this brunch experience.

Ikon Pass holders save 15% and Ikon Base Pass holders save 10% at this Village restaurant on food and non-alcoholic beverages. Pass holder must be present and show their pass to receive a discount.

Lodging:
  • Non-Peak: 50% is due at time of booking, 50% is due 3 days prior to arrival (April 14, 2025 to November 20, 2025)
  • Peak Season: 50% due at time of booking, 50% due 14 days prior to arrival (November 21, 2025 to April 15, 2026)
  • Distinctive Properties: 50% is due at time of booking, 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival

Mountain Activities:
  • 100% due at time of booking

Stratton Cancellation Policy
Stratton Lodging:

NON-PEAK SEASON (April 14, 2025 to November 20, 2025)
  • Cancellations or changes made outside of 3 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations or changes within 3 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture, unless you have purchased Trip Insurance and cancel for reasons covered under this policy. Trip insurance is paid in full at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

PEAK SEASON (November 21, 2025 to April 15, 2026)
  • Cancellations or changes made prior to 14 days of arrival will receive a full refund less a $100 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations or changes made within 14 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture, unless you have purchased Trip Insurance and cancel for reasons covered under this policy. Trip insurance is paid in full at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

Distinctive Properties, Private Homes
  • Cancellations or changes made 30 days prior to arrival will receive a refund, less a $100 cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made before 72 hours of the start date will receive a full refund, minus a $50 cancellation fee for orders under $500, or $150 for orders over $500.
  • Cancellations made within 72 to 24 hours before the lesson or product start time will receive a resort credit, minus a $50 cancellation fee for orders under $500, or $150 for orders over $500.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson or product start time are non-refundable.
  • If the resort is open for skiing, riding, mountain biking, scenic lift rides, lessons, etc, there are no refunds or cancellations on purchased products due to weather. We ask that you please plan accordingly based on the weather.
