- Non-Winter: 50% is due at time of booking, 50% is due 3 days prior to arrival (March 19, 2022 to December 15, 2022)
- Winter Season: 50% due at time of booking, 50% due 14 days prior to arrival (December 16, 2022 to March 18, 2023)
- Distinctive Properties: 50% is due at time of booking, 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival

- 100% due at time of booking
Stratton Cancellation Policy
Stratton Lodging:
NON-PEAK SEASON (March 19, 2022 to December 15, 2022)
- Cancellations made outside of 3 days prior to arrival will receive a refund, less a $50 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations within 3 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture, unless you have purchased Red Sky Trip Insurance and cancel for reasons covered under this policy. Trip insurance is paid in full at time of booking and is non-refundable.
PEAK SEASON (December 16, 2022 to March 18, 2023)
- Cancellations made prior to 14 days of arrival will receive a full refund less a $100 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture, unless you have purchased Red Sky Trip Insurance and cancel for reasons covered under this policy. Trip insurance is paid in full at time of booking and is non-refundable.
Distinctive Properties, Private Homes:
- Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive a refund, less a $500 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture, unless you have purchased Red Sky Trip Insurance and cancel for reasons covered under this policy. Trip insurance is paid in full at time of booking and is non-refundable.

- If the resort is open for skiing/riding there are no refunds or cancellations due to weather, please plan accordingly.

- If lodging in a Stratton Condominium check-in is at the Stratton Welcome Center. During business hours. After hours, please proceed directly to Black Bear Lodge.

- Public restrooms may be limited.
