Sundays from 3:30PM to 5:30PM
SkiMo Race Series
A cross between ski touring and an adult recreational sports league, our Sunday SkiMo race series is a fun-focused environment to break out your touring setup, get exercise, meet new friends for the skin track, and win sought-after prizes. Ski Mountaineering, or SkiMo, encompasses both the uphill and downhill journey of skiing and snowboarding. Participants will race up the mountain, transition over to downhill mode, and ride back down to the base area in this timed event. The SkiMo Race Series occurs on Sundays during the winter beginning February 2, 2025 and running through March 2, 2025.
Each week will feature a different route up the mountain, with the final week being a full ascent to the summit, and full ride back down to the base area. Each week a winning Male and Female will be awarded a prize.
Touring equipment is available to rent from the resort or purchase at the resort's retail stores. Must be 13 to participate. No lift ticket is needed as this is an after-hours event, from 3:30pm - 5:30pm, however a Stratton Uphill Pass is required, and is available at Guest Services. There is no charge for an Uphill Pass.
Dates: February 2, February 9, February 16, February 23 and March 2, 2025
Price: $35 Single Race, $125 Series Package
Start Time: 3:30pm in the main base area
