The Teen Instructor Program (TIPS) is designed as an eight-day training course for young people who are interested in becoming a member of our Junior Mountain Sports School Ski and Snowboard staff. The curriculum will ensure success as a Mountain Sports School employee; including ski/snowboard movement analysis, safety protocols, lesson development specific to working with children and an overall review of the Level 1 standards outlined by PSIA/AASI. The program consists of four weekend sessions that will be designated by the Ski and Snowboard Managers.

- Lift tickets will be provided during the course.
- Successful candidates will be eligible for hire at the end of the course. Hiring is conditional on attendance, participation and course comprehension.
- Each session covers a portion of the overall training outline developed by our Mountain Sports School senior trainers and is based on PSIA/AASI Level 1 standard.

Seasonal Program Cancellation Policy:
- Seasonal Program purchases must be paid in full at the time of booking.
- Seasonal Program purchases are non-refundable.
- Seasonal Programs are eligible for Seasonal Product Assurance.
