- Non-Winter: 50% is due at time of booking, 50% is due 7 days prior to arrival (April 15, 2025 - November 14, 2025 )
- Winter Season: 50% due at time of booking, 50% due 14 days prior to arrival (November 15, 2025 - April 15, 2026)
- Distinctive Properties: 50% is due at time of booking, 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival
Mountain Activities:
- 100% due at time of booking
Stratton Cancellation Policy
Stratton Lodging:
NON-PEAK SEASON (April 15, 2025 - November 14, 2025)
- Cancellations made outside of 7 days prior to arrival will receive a refund, less a $50 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture, unless you have purchased Trip Insurance and cancel for reasons covered under this policy. Trip insurance is paid in full at time of booking and is non-refundable.
PEAK SEASON (November 15, 2025 - April 15, 2026)
- Cancellations made prior to 14 days of arrival will receive a full refund less a $100 cancellation fee
- Cancellations or changes made within 14 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture, unless you have purchased Trip Insurance and cancel for reasons covered under this policy. Trip insurance is paid in full at time of booking and is non-refundable.

- Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive a refund, less a $100 cancellation fee
- Cancellations or changes within 30 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture, unless you have purchased Trip Insurance and cancel for reasons covered under this policy. Trip insurance is paid in full at time of booking and is non-refundable.

Daily Lessons and Activities
- Cancellations made before 72 hours of the start date will receive a full refund, minus a $50 cancellation fee for orders under $500, or $150 for orders over $500.
- Cancellations made within 72 to 24 hours before the lesson or product start time will receive a resort credit, minus a $50 cancellation fee for orders under $500, or $150 for orders over $500.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson or product start time are non-refundable.
- If the resort is open for skiing and riding there are no refunds or cancellations on purchased products due to weather. We ask that you please plan accordingly with the weather.
