Deposit Policy

Lodging:

Non-Winter: 50% is due at time of booking, 50% is due 7 days prior to arrival (April 15, 2024 - November 15, 2024 )
Winter Season: 50% due at time of booking, 50% due 14 days prior to arrival (November 15, 2024 - April 15, 2025)
Distinctive Properties: 50% is due at time of booking, 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival

Mountain Activities:

100% due at time of booking

Stratton Cancellation Policy

Stratton Lodging:

NON-PEAK SEASON (April 15, 2024 - November 15, 2024)

Cancellations made outside of 7 days prior to arrival will receive a refund, less a $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture, unless you have purchased Trip Insurance and cancel for reasons covered under this policy. Trip insurance is paid in full at time of booking and is non-refundable.

PEAK SEASON (November 15, 2024 - April 15, 2025)

Cancellations made prior to 7 days of arrival will receive a full refund less a $100 cancellation fee
Cancellations or changes made within 7 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture, unless you have purchased Trip Insurance and cancel for reasons covered under this policy. Trip insurance is paid in full at time of booking and is non-refundable.

Distinctive Properties, Private Homes

Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive a refund, less a $100 cancellation fee
