1. SPONSOR. The Stratton Corporation “Spring Ikon Pass Rewards Challenge & Sweepstakes 2026” (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by The Stratton Corporation, 5 Village Lodge Rd., Stratton, VT 05155 (the “Sponsor”). None of the prize providers, including without limitation Alterra Mountain Company, IKON Pass, Inc., First Run Ski Shop, Benedicts Bar & Eatery, The Market, Black Bear Lodge, Long Trail House, and Transcend Fest (collectively, the “Prize Providers”) are sponsors or administrators of the Sweepstakes, the Sweepstakes is in no way endorsed by any of them, and they shall have no responsibility or liability with respect to the Sweepstakes.
2. ELIGIBILITY. The Sweepstakes is only open to entrants who, as of the entry date, are permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (excluding Florida, New York and Rhode Island) or the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older and who have reached the age of majority in the state in which they reside. The Sweepstakes is void outside the United States and the District of Columbia and where prohibited or restricted by law (including in Florida, New York and Rhode Island). Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, the Prize Providers, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families (defined as parents, spouses, children, siblings, grandparents, and their respective spouses) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of each such employee, officer and director are not eligible to enter or participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The Sweepstakes, and any website pages and advertisements relating thereto, is intended for viewing only within the United States and the District of Columbia, and entrants must be present in the United States or District of Columbia at the time they enter.
3. ENTRY PERIOD. The Sweepstakes entry period begins at 7:00am Eastern Time (“ET”) on Sunday, March 1, 2026 and ends at 7:00pm ET on Tuesday, March 31, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. Entries received other than during the Entry Period, and duplicate entries, will be determined ineligible and will be discarded.
4. HOW TO ENTER. There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes during the Entry Period: (a) the Scan Method at Stratton Mountain Resort, or (b) the Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE). NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR IKON PASS IS REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN.
A. Scan Method (Visit Stratton). On each calendar day you visit Stratton Mountain Resort during the Entry Period, scan your valid 2025/26 Ikon Pass at participating RFID-equipped lift or access points to record one (1) “Day Scanned”. Each unique Day Scanned earns one (1) Sweepstakes entry, subject to the limits in Rule 5.
B. Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) – No Purchase/Pass/Visit Required. There are two AMOE options; you may use either or both, but the daily limit in Rule 5 applies regardless of method:
(i) Online AMOE: Visit https://www.stratton.com/ikonsweepstakes26 during the Entry Period and complete the entry form once per calendar day. Each valid Online AMOE submission earns one (1) entry.
(ii) Mail‑In AMOE: Hand‑print your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, and email address on a 3" × 5" card and mail it in a #10 envelope with proper postage to: The Stratton Corporation, 5 Village Lodge Rd., Stratton, VT 05155, Attn: Ikon Pass Rewards AMOE. Each mail‑in must be postmarked during the Entry Period and received by April 7, 2026. Each valid Mail‑In AMOE received earns one (1) entry.
5. FOR ALL ENTRIES: LIMITS. Limit one (1) entry per person per calendar day via any method of entry. Maximum total entries per person during the Entry Period: thirty‑one (31). Sponsor will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected or illegible registration or failure to receive entry. Any entry that does not comply with any aspect of these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, may be rejected by Sponsor and the entrant disqualified. Proof of submission will not be deemed proof of receipt of entry by Sponsor. All entrants and entries are subject to verification prior to the awarding of a prize, as are the eligibility, age and other claims of/information provided by a potential prize winner. Any entries attempted through the use of agencies or robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar methods will be void. Wireless carrier’s data rates may apply if an entrant enters the Sweepstakes using a mobile device. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Entrants will cooperate with Sponsor and its representatives in connection with any and all verification activities. All entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of these Official Rules may be disqualified by Sponsor.
6. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES AND DECISIONS. The Sweepstakes will be run in accordance with these Official Rules, subject to amendment by Sponsor. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor (including, without limitation, decisions regarding eligibility of entries, the selection of entrants and the winners, and the awarding of the prizes), which are final and binding in all respects.
7. GRAND PRIZE DRAWING; ODDS; AWARDING OF GRAND PRIZE; GRAND PRIZE REDEMPTION. On or about April 12, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) entrant from all qualified entries received by Sponsor during the Entry Period. The odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The potential winner selected must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. The potential winner will be notified by email using the contact information provided at entry, and Sponsor will make arrangements to provide the Grand Prize to the winner. The potential winner will first be required to execute and return to Sponsor a Declaration of Eligibility, a Release of Liability, and, except where prohibited by law, a Publicity Release (a “Declaration and Release”) in the form(s) provided by Sponsor in order to claim his/her Grand Prize. The Declaration and Release must be returned to Sponsor by the date and/or time indicated within the Declaration and Release. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within seventy‑two (72) hours of the first attempt to contact him/her, fails to return the Declaration and Release within the specified time, if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if a potential winner is found to be ineligible by Sponsor in its sole discretion, or if a potential winner does not comply with these Official Rules, then the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner selected by Sponsor in his/her place at random from among all eligible non‑winning entries received by Sponsor for the Sweepstakes. In such event, an alternate potential prize winner will be notified as described above and will be required to return the required documents to Sponsor as described above; provided, however, Sponsor may alter the above timing to meet its Sweepstakes schedule.
8. GRAND PRIZE. Subject to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded in this Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize consists of and is limited to: one (1) 2026/27 Ikon Pass (subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions thereof). The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is USD$1,089 - $1,429, depending on the age of winner. Actual retail value of the Grand Prize may vary based on 2026/27 seasonal pricing updates and other factors determined by Ikon Pass. Because ski pass prices are adjusted annually, the actual value at the time the Grand Prize is awarded may be higher or lower than the ARV stated in these Official Rules. Winner will not receive any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize is nontransferable, nonassignable, nonnegotiable, and not redeemable for cash or credit. Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Grand Prize is awarded “AS IS” with no warranty, condition, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, made by Sponsor or for which Sponsor shall be liable, including, without limitation, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON‑INFRINGEMENT OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WINNER ASSUMES ANY AND ALL RISKS OF USING THE GRAND PRIZE, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH. No prize substitutions, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right (but has no obligation) to substitute the Grand Prize (or a component thereof) with another prize of comparable or greater value (including cash) if the Grand Prize (or a component thereof) is not available for any reason as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Unused components of the Grand Prize shall be forfeited and have no redeemable cash value. Winner is solely and fully responsible for any and all costs, fees, taxes, assessments and expenses associated with Grand Prize award, redemption, receipt and use not specified in the Grand Prize description above, including, without limitation, all federal, state and local taxes on the Grand Prize. If applicable, winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the actual retail value of the Grand Prize. Winner waives the right to assert as a cost of winning the Grand Prize any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to redeem the Grand Prize. Non‑compliance with any of the foregoing and any other condition of this Sweepstakes may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Grand Prize, in which case, no consideration will be awarded.
9. REWARDS (EARNED REWARDS ONLY). During the Entry Period, Sponsor will offer non‑chance rewards to entrants who reach predefined “Days Scanned” thresholds at Stratton Mountain Resort (each a “Reward Threshold”). Upon satisfying a Reward Threshold, an entrant will automatically receive the corresponding reward (each a “Reward”). Rewards may include, but are not limited to:
• 4 Days Scanned — One (1) complimentary hot chocolate or coffee from The Market or Mid Mtn [75 available]
• 6 Days Scanned — One (1) complimentary hot wax at First Run Ski Shop [50 available]
• 8 Days Scanned — $15 off your meal at Benedicts Bar & Eatery [10 available]
• 10 Days Scanned — One (1) $25 Stratton Gift Card (subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions thereof) [25 available]
• 15 Days Scanned — Two (2) summer concert tickets (subject to availability) [20 available]
• 20 Days Scanned — One (1) $50 Stratton Gift Card (subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions thereof) [10 available]
• 30 Days Scanned — Two (2) summer concert tickets and one (1) night stay at Black Bear Lodge (subject to availability) [5 available]
Rewards are not part of the Sweepstakes, are not awarded by chance, and do not affect the odds of winning the Grand Prize. Rewards are earned solely in connection with completion of Reward Thresholds and are not subject to the AMOE entry method. Rewards are offered while supplies last, have no cash value, are not transferable or refundable, and may be substituted with an item of comparable value in Sponsor’s discretion. Limit one (1) Reward per Reward Threshold per person during the Entry Period. To redeem, visit Guest Services at the Main Base Lodge or Sun Bowl during operating hours; present a valid government‑issued ID and the matching Ikon Pass. Sponsor will verify Days Scanned and issue the applicable voucher. Promotional certificates are single‑use promotional coupons issued by Sponsor; not reloadable; no fees; cannot be resold; not redeemable for cash except as required by law; valid only through April 12, 2026. Lodging & ticket rewards are subject to availability and blackout dates; advance reservation required; incidentals, parking, and taxes/fees not included.
9. PUBLICITY. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes a winner’s consent to Sponsor’s (and its successors’ and assigns’) use of a winner’s name, biography, likeness, voice, photographs, video, opinions, statements, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any manner or media (including, without limitation, online), worldwide, in perpetuity, and without further payment, consideration, notice, review or consent.
10. RELEASE. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant forever and irrevocably RELEASES, DISCHARGES, INDEMNIFIES AND HOLDS HARMLESS, Sponsor, the Prize Providers, and each of their parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective agents, advertising and promotion agencies, affiliates, and all of their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against all losses, claims, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses (collectively, “Losses”), arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’s entry and/or participation in the Sweepstakes and/or entrant’s award, receipt or use of any prize awarded in the Sweepstakes (including any activity at Stratton Mountain Resort). The foregoing release includes, without limitation, any and all LIABILITY, BODILY INJURY, DEATH, LOSS OR DAMAGE to entrant or any third party arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from any prize or the use of any prize, the award, acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, and entry and participation in the Sweepstakes including, but not limited to, on account of negligence of Sponsor and/or resort personnel, employees or volunteers. Each entrant further COVENANTS NOT TO SUE any of the Releasees with respect to any matter addressed by the foregoing release, or encourage or assist any third party in doing so. This is a complete RELEASE and DISCHARGE of all claims and rights of each entrant against the Releasees and no action will be taken by or on behalf of an entrant with respect to any such claims and rights, it being understood that these Official Rules, including this Rule 10, shall be binding upon each entrant, and his/her successors, assignees, subrogors, insurers, heirs, next of kin, executors, representatives, and legal and personal representatives.
11. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. The Released Parties and their agents are not responsible for: (a) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e‑mail entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer, related to or resulting from playing or downloading materials in this promotion including the recording of game results; (b) any incomplete or inaccurate information, whether caused by the website users or by any equipment of programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries; (c) the theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries or the website; or (d) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrant’s computer, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, or from viewing, playing or downloading any material from Sponsor’s website(s), regardless of whether the material was prepared by Sponsor or a third party, and regardless of whether the material is connected to Sponsor’s websites by a hypertext link. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should a virus or bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor or their agents corrupt the security or proper administration of the Sweepstakes. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Sponsor reserves the right to forbid the framing of any of the contents of this site and, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
12. DISPUTES. Entrant agrees that, except to the extent prohibited by law: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in a federal or state court located in Windham County, Vermont; entrant submits to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in the State of Vermont for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out‑of‑pocket costs incurred in connection with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event legal or attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out‑of‑pocket costs, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. The Declaration and Release must be returned to Sponsor by the date and/or time indicated within the Declaration and Release. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within seventy‑two (72) hours of the first attempt to contact him/her, fails to return the Declaration and Release within the specified time, if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if a potential winner is found to be ineligible by Sponsor in its sole discretion, or if a potential winner does not comply with these Official Rules, then the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner selected by Sponsor in his/her place at random from among all eligible non‑winning entries received by Sponsor for the Sweepstakes. In such event, an alternate potential prize winner will be notified as described above and will be required to return the required documents to Sponsor as described above; provided, however, Sponsor may alter the above timing to meet its Sweepstakes schedule.
8. GRAND PRIZE. Subject to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded in this Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize consists of and is limited to: one (1) 2026/27 Ikon Pass (subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions thereof). The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is USD$1,089 - $1,429, depending on the age of winner. Actual retail value of the Grand Prize may vary based on 2026/27 seasonal pricing updates and other factors determined by Ikon Pass. Because ski pass prices are adjusted annually, the actual value at the time the Grand Prize is awarded may be higher or lower than the ARV stated in these Official Rules. Winner will not receive any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize is nontransferable, nonassignable, nonnegotiable, and not redeemable for cash or credit. Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Grand Prize is awarded “AS IS” with no warranty, condition, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, made by Sponsor or for which Sponsor shall be liable, including, without limitation, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON‑INFRINGEMENT OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WINNER ASSUMES ANY AND ALL RISKS OF USING THE GRAND PRIZE, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH. No prize substitutions, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right (but has no obligation) to substitute the Grand Prize (or a component thereof) with another prize of comparable or greater value (including cash) if the Grand Prize (or a component thereof) is not available for any reason as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Unused components of the Grand Prize shall be forfeited and have no redeemable cash value. Winner is solely and fully responsible for any and all costs, fees, taxes, assessments and expenses associated with Grand Prize award, redemption, receipt and use not specified in the Grand Prize description above, including, without limitation, all federal, state and local taxes on the Grand Prize. If applicable, winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the actual retail value of the Grand Prize. Winner waives the right to assert as a cost of winning the Grand Prize any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to redeem the Grand Prize. Non‑compliance with any of the foregoing and any other condition of this Sweepstakes may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Grand Prize, in which case, no consideration will be awarded.
9. REWARDS (EARNED REWARDS ONLY). During the Entry Period, Sponsor will offer non‑chance rewards to entrants who reach predefined “Days Scanned” thresholds at Stratton Mountain Resort (each a “Reward Threshold”). Upon satisfying a Reward Threshold, an entrant will automatically receive the corresponding reward (each a “Reward”). Rewards may include, but are not limited to:
• 4 Days Scanned — One (1) complimentary hot chocolate or coffee from The Market or Mid Mtn [75 available]
• 6 Days Scanned — One (1) complimentary hot wax at First Run Ski Shop [50 available]
• 8 Days Scanned — $15 off your meal at Benedicts Bar & Eatery [10 available]
• 10 Days Scanned — One (1) $25 Stratton Gift Card (subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions thereof) [25 available]
• 15 Days Scanned — Two (2) summer concert tickets (subject to availability) [20 available]
• 20 Days Scanned — One (1) $50 Stratton Gift Card (subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions thereof) [10 available]
• 30 Days Scanned — Two (2) summer concert tickets and one (1) night stay at Black Bear Lodge (subject to availability) [5 available]
Rewards are not part of the Sweepstakes, are not awarded by chance, and do not affect the odds of winning the Grand Prize. Rewards are earned solely in connection with completion of Reward Thresholds and are not subject to the AMOE entry method. Rewards are offered while supplies last, have no cash value, are not transferable or refundable, and may be substituted with an item of comparable value in Sponsor’s discretion. Limit one (1) Reward per Reward Threshold per person during the Entry Period. To redeem, visit Guest Services at the Main Base Lodge or Sun Bowl during operating hours; present a valid government‑issued ID and the matching Ikon Pass. Sponsor will verify Days Scanned and issue the applicable voucher. Promotional certificates are single‑use promotional coupons issued by Sponsor; not reloadable; no fees; cannot be resold; not redeemable for cash except as required by law; valid only through April 12, 2026. Lodging & ticket rewards are subject to availability and blackout dates; advance reservation required; incidentals, parking, and taxes/fees not included.
9. PUBLICITY. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes a winner’s consent to Sponsor’s (and its successors’ and assigns’) use of a winner’s name, biography, likeness, voice, photographs, video, opinions, statements, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any manner or media (including, without limitation, online), worldwide, in perpetuity, and without further payment, consideration, notice, review or consent.
10. RELEASE. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant forever and irrevocably RELEASES, DISCHARGES, INDEMNIFIES AND HOLDS HARMLESS, Sponsor, the Prize Providers, and each of their parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective agents, advertising and promotion agencies, affiliates, and all of their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against all losses, claims, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses (collectively, “Losses”), arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’s entry and/or participation in the Sweepstakes and/or entrant’s award, receipt or use of any prize awarded in the Sweepstakes (including any activity at Stratton Mountain Resort). The foregoing release includes, without limitation, any and all LIABILITY, BODILY INJURY, DEATH, LOSS OR DAMAGE to entrant or any third party arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from any prize or the use of any prize, the award, acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, and entry and participation in the Sweepstakes including, but not limited to, on account of negligence of Sponsor and/or resort personnel, employees or volunteers. Each entrant further COVENANTS NOT TO SUE any of the Releasees with respect to any matter addressed by the foregoing release, or encourage or assist any third party in doing so. This is a complete RELEASE and DISCHARGE of all claims and rights of each entrant against the Releasees and no action will be taken by or on behalf of an entrant with respect to any such claims and rights, it being understood that these Official Rules, including this Rule 10, shall be binding upon each entrant, and his/her successors, assignees, subrogors, insurers, heirs, next of kin, executors, representatives, and legal and personal representatives.
11. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. The Released Parties and their agents are not responsible for: (a) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e‑mail entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer, related to or resulting from playing or downloading materials in this promotion including the recording of game results; (b) any incomplete or inaccurate information, whether caused by the website users or by any equipment of programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries; (c) the theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries or the website; or (d) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrant’s computer, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, or from viewing, playing or downloading any material from Sponsor’s website(s), regardless of whether the material was prepared by Sponsor or a third party, and regardless of whether the material is connected to Sponsor’s websites by a hypertext link. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should a virus or bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor or their agents corrupt the security or proper administration of the Sweepstakes. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Sponsor reserves the right to forbid the framing of any of the contents of this site and, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
12. DISPUTES. Entrant agrees that, except to the extent prohibited by law: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in a federal or state court located in Windham County, Vermont; entrant submits to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in the State of Vermont for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out‑of‑pocket costs incurred in connection with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event legal or attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out‑of‑pocket costs, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Vermont and the Federal laws of the United States, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Vermont.

By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information solely for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes, in accordance with applicable law. Sponsor may share your personal information with third parties who need access to this information to perform services on Sponsor’s behalf. In the event of any conflict between the Privacy Policy and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall govern.
