For lodging guests, please see below for check-in information at either the Welcome Center or Black Bear Lodge, depending on your arrival time. Be sure to check the Mountain Report for real time openings and closures, as things may change due to weather at any time. We can't wait to see you out there!

Black Bear Lodge - 24 Hour Check-In - ALL Lodging Reservations

For ALL lodging check-ins please proceed to the 24/7 Black Bear Lodge Front Desk
Address: 61 Middle Ridge Rd, Stratton Mountain, VT 05155
Turn right out of the Welcome Center, make the next left onto Middle Ridge Road. Black Bear Lodge will be less than a 1/4 mile down on your right.
BLACK BEAR LODGE HOURS
The front desk at the Black Bear Lodge is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The Info Desk is located in the main base lodge. As you enter through the main doors, look to your right and find the Info Desk to help with any Stratton questions you may have.

Stratton Electric Vehicle Chargers

Stratton Mountain Resort Electric Vehicle Chargers
EVC Chargers are available 24/7 at a first come first serve basis.
At Stratton you can find electric charging at the resort at the following locations:

Welcome Center - 3 charging stations. Located in 3 designated parking spots closest to the flag poles.
Lot 1 - 8 charging stations. Located in first parking spots on your right upon entry.

All our current chargers are ChargePoint Level 2 systems.

Guest Services & Bag Check

Guest Services, located at the outside windows of the Main Base Lodge, is there to help with general resort questions, season passes and lift tickets. Per-purchased lift tickets and season passes can be picked up at Guest Services. Lift tickets can be purchased at this location. Please visit the outside ticket windows.

Stratton's Lost & Found can be found in the main Base Lodge at the Info Desk. This is the best place to stop for general resort questions, to pick up a trail map or to check lost and found. We are here to help!

Bag Check
Bag Check is located at the Guest Service Windows during the winter months. There is limited storage inside the hallway behind guest services for shoe storage and other small items.

Season Locker Rental
Seasonal lockers are located at skier drop off.
Lockers can comfortably hold equipment for a family of 4 and be securely locked with a combination lock of your choice.
The entrance to the locker room is secured with a keypad and code. Once you purchase you will receive the door code.
