Mountain Update

Does everyone know the song “Closing Time” by Semisonic? Well, now would be a great time to play it. Yes folks, it’s that time of the year…closing time. Thank you for a great season! Things in the village will be quiet until Memorial Day, when we’ll kick off a summer of awesome events! Take a look:

Mountain Mayhem: A 5K mudder and rail jam make the most of the last of the season’s snow.

Green Mountain Soccer Challenge: Hosted by the SVM Fusion Soccer Club for youth soccer teams.

Wanderlust: A festival of yoga, music, farm to table dinners, nature, hikes and beauty.

Mountain Friends and Freedom: Ring in the fourth of July at Stratton with music, fireworks, pie eating, games, hay rides and much more. Fireworks are Saturday, July 6.

Tour De Bondville: Combination of bike riding, golf outing and after party.

And that’s not even the full list! But you get the idea. Winter may be coming to a close, but summer is right around the corner and packed full of stuff to keep everyone happy…and busy!
