Chef Alex combines classic cuisine with techniques learned through many years experienced in the kitchens of Europe, the British Virgin Islands and the United States.
Alex's culinary philosophy, and the backbone of Luna's menu, is the concept of terroir, loosely translated from the French as "sense of place," which involves the use of local agriculture. Luna provides cuisine comprised of the freshest and highest-quality products from top local farms.
