Luna'’s farm-to-table dining is designed to make guests feel right at home and offers casual, quiet, and refined dining, with a sophisticated wine list.  The staff has worked together as a team for many years and is dedicated to providing the finest dining experience possible.

We would like to officially introduce Stratton Mountain Club's new executive chef Ralph Capalupo. Ralph has been working as a head chef for the past 12 years. He has worked with various food styles and is classically French trained. His impressive resume includes restaurants in upstate New York and Portland Oregon where he achieved many accolades for the culinary experience he provided. As an owner and manager of his own restaurants, Ralph brings management and leadership abilities to Stratton Mountain Club's dining venues. Along with his background in the culinary field, Ralph has a degree in Piano Performance and Composition-perhaps we can persuade him to tickle the ivories as well as our taste buds.

Chef would like to invite resort guests to dine with us in Luna on Sunday, Monday and Thursday evenings (non-holiday). Order off of our Luna dinner menu or enjoy our new seasonal Prix Fixe dinner menu for $35 a person (3 course meal). Reservations are required, excludes Holiday Periods.
