Stonecutter Spirits Dinner

Stratton Mountain Resort is proud to present a pairing dinner with Stonecutter Spirits from Middlebury, VT! The master Stratton culinary team will entertain your taste buds with a delectable 4-course meal with accompanying samples of aged gin and whiskey.

Chef Jan Giejda will speak about the dinner menu and special guests Sivan Cotel (Stonecutter Spirits' Co-Founder) and Martha Mack (Stonecutter Spirits'Director of Beverage Programs) discuss the cocktail menu and how the flavors were developed. Great event, NOT to be missed, but only 50 seats available! Seating at 7:00pm. 21+

Price: $50 per person (21+), plus tax and gratuities.


First Course
Bad Romance- Single Barrel Gin, lemon, rosemary syrup, egg white
Butter Poached Lobster Frisse Salad with Watermelon radish, orange segments herbed Green Goddess dressing

Second Course
The Athlete- Heritage Cask Whiskey, lemon juice, maple syrup, Old Fashioned Aromatic bitters, dry cider
Seared Scallop served over a cranberry orange chutney, topped with Duck Prosciutto

Third Course
Good Ole Boy- Heritage Cask Whiskey, sorghum syrup, cinnamon, orange blossom water
Boar Two Ways with purple potato, Rainbow Chard and Orange gastrique
Coffee rubbed Loin of Boar and Seared Boar Belly with a Pork Demi

Fourth Course
Tall Dark and Handsome- Heritage Cask Whiskey, Meletti Amaro Black Walnut Bitters
Apple and Bacon pie with Walnut Ice Cream and a whiskey caramel drizzle
