Stratton Mountain Resort is proud to present a pairing dinner with Stonecutter Spirits from Middlebury, VT! The master Stratton culinary team will entertain your taste buds with a delectable 4-course meal with accompanying samples of aged gin and whiskey.
Chef Jan Giejda will speak about the dinner menu and special guests Sivan Cotel (Stonecutter Spirits' Co-Founder) and Martha Mack (Stonecutter Spirits'Director of Beverage Programs) discuss the cocktail menu and how the flavors were developed.
