Treasury Wine Estates Snow Cat Dinner
Stratton has paired with Treasury Wine Estates for an exclusive wine pairing dinner! John Marshall from Treasury Wine will be your guide this evening as our sampling selection brings you through a variety of California vineyards. From the dry and early 2014 harvest to the fluctuating spring temperatures of 2016, these grapes have weathered presenting you with exceptional quality of concentrated flavors and aromas. Released from the tasting room unique for our dinner you'll have a chance to enjoy a 2015 Etude Heirloom Pinot Noir. We will be opening a bottle of the a 2010 BV Tapestry Reserve Red Blend - a long sold out vintage. Along with Napa Valley's own Sterling Sparkling Rose and Beringer Nightingale Botrytised, a Bordeaux-style blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc.

Only 20 spaces available! Seating is at 6pm and this is a 21+ event only.
