What are my payment options?
Stratton prefers American Express for all transactions in-resort, online, and over the phone. We also accept all major credit cards, checks, cash, money orders, Stratton Gift Cards, and Traveler’s Checks.
Is entering my credit card information online safe?
Yes. Your information is transmitted using advanced security protocols, and in fact is safer than handing your card off to a third party in a restaurant or department store.
May I use a Stratton Gift Card to purchase my Season Pass?
Yes, Stratton Gift Cards are the same as cash. Gift Cards may be applied to your Season Pass purchase, Lodging or Snowsports reservations by calling 1-800-STRATTON (not valid with online orders).
If I purchase a Stratton Season Pass and then for some reason am unable to use it, or even pick it up, can I get a refund or credit?
Stratton Season Passes are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person or season. Medical exceptions are made at the discretion of our Ticket Control Officer.
What if I lose or forget my pass?
If you lose or forget your pass, Stratton will reprint you a new pass. There is no charge the first time this happens. Simply bring a photo ID with you to the Sales Center in the Main Base Lodge or the Sunbowl Base Lodge Future replacements will result in a $10 service charge.
How do I know which age/price range I am in if I'm on the cusp?
We determine the appropriate age category based on your age as of December 31.
Do I get a free Season Pass for my child that is under 6 years old?
No, but Stratton does offer a 6 and under full season pass which may be purchased for $39 plus tax.
My children take lessons during most visits to Stratton. Should I buy passes for them?
Depending on their age, it may or may not be necessary. Little Cub for children age 6 and under, includes a lift ticket. Big Cub students, aged 7-12 are required to have a lift ticket which may be purchased at a discounted rate if they are enrolled in all day ski school. All private lesson students would be required to acquire the appropriate pass for their ability.
Can I get a quantity discount on a large corporate pass order and attach names to them later?
Season Passes are tied to individual names and photos from the moment of purchase, and cannot be assigned later. However, for corporate entertainment you may wish to consider the Stratton Transferable Pass, which is always valid for anyone to use or lend out for use at any time.
How will I get my pass?
Passes can be picked up at the Sales Center in the main base lodge. If this is a renewal of a Stratton Only Pass, you can simply use your existing pass.
When are the ticket offices open for pass pickup?
The Sales Center is open pre-season Monday-Friday 9-4, and Saturday and Sunday, 9-1.
In-season hours are Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30, Saturdays 8-5 and Sundays from 8-4:30
What will I need with me to pick up my pass?
You will need a valid photo ID.
I look nothing like my picture from last season. Can I get another one taken?
Yes, you can update your photo at any time, either in person, or by emailing a JPEG photo to strattonpasses@intrawest.com.
Can someone else pick up my pass for me?
For your security, passes may only be picked up by the passholder.
