Bentley’s Restaurant menu changes with the season, and features locally grown produce, organic meats, and Vermont cheeses to showcase the efforts of our farmers. Chef Chani Hassen’s food can be described as New American Cuisine, rooted in French technique. He offers something for everyone including gluten free and vegan. A new addition to the menu is the Market Features section which will change daily and can range from wild game to fresh seafood. The bar at Bentley’s boasts a wide variety of craft local beers to pair with any meal.
