Stay in the heart of the resort, within walking distance of the Village and ski lifts. The Liftline is the economical option for those who want to pay less, but stay close. All rooms feature a private bath and cable TV. The rooms have coffee makers, but no refrigerators. The Lodge offers a coin operated washer/dryer. A small outdoor Russian spa is offered year round and a heated outdoor pool is offered for the summer season. The lived-in atmosphere found at the unassuming lodge makes it a favorite for young adults and those looking for an economical option. Only some rooms are air conditioned for the summer months.

Obertal condos are great for couples or small families. These condos are 1 bedroom or 1 bedroom plus a loft. They were built in 1983 giving them a lived-in cozy atmosphere.

Crown Point condos are 2 & 3 bedroom condos that were built between 1985-1987. These Valleyside units are known to be great for privacy, which is what some families and small groups look for.

Landmark is one of our most popular condominiums for lodging because they’re located in the heart of the Village Square and right next to the Main Base Lodge. Landmark offers a two bedroom condo or a four bedroom condo which were re-renovated between 2003-2004.

Founders Lodge is one of the newest properties at Stratton. The first phase was completed in 2006. Staying at Founders Lodge you can choose from 1 or 2 bedrooms.
