Obertal condos are great for couples or small families. These condos are 1 bedroom or 1 bedroom plus a loft. They were built in 1983 giving them a lived-in cozy atmosphere.

The Long Trail House property, where you may choose to stay, was the first phase of four phases in the commons project next to the Long Trail House.
Vantage Point condos are 2 bedroom condos that are nestled in a wooded area. They were built from 1982-1983 and just were recently newly re-sided. The sun-warmed southern exposure helps provide a warm cozy feeling when staying at Vantage Point.

Village Watch and Mountain Watch are 2 & 3 bedroom condos. They were built from 1985-1987 and is just a short walk to the lifts. Staying at this slopeside property is an ideal location, and convenient to the slopes.
Crown Point condos are 2 & 3 bedroom condos that were built between 1985-1987. These Valleyside units are known to be great for privacy, which is what some families and small groups look for.
Landmark is one of our most popular condominiums for lodging because they’re located in the heart of the Village Square and right next to the Main Base Lodge. Landmark offers a two bedroom condo or a four bedroom condo which were re-renovated between 2003-2004.

Founders Lodge is one of the newest properties at Stratton. The first phase was completed in 2006. Staying at Founders Lodge you can choose from 1 or 2 bedrooms.
Rising Bear houses larger units, which are ideal for bigger families or groups who want a spacious atmosphere or some privacy. The 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms condos available at Rising Bear were completed in 2004.
