Rising Bear houses larger units, which are ideal for bigger families or groups who want a spacious atmosphere or some privacy. The 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms condos available at Rising Bear were completed in 2004. Rising Bear has a heated underground private parking garage to keep your vehicle protected from the weather, an elevator to accommodate you to the appropriate floor level, a heated pool, hot tub, and a sauna available year around for your relaxation. The condos have a fully equipped kitchen that is breakfast bar style with granite countertops, dining room area with family size table, and a living room with a washer/dryer, TV, phone, and a cozy gas fireplace to warm up after a cold day.

The condos have centralized air-conditioning, ski lockers to store equipment, and a common area with a fireplace. The entire building is non-smoking. Rising Bear does provide a shuttle service during the peak winter season.
