(Ages 8 - 11) Crossroads is a program for growing all-mountain skiers. We use the entire mountain to develop skiers that are comfortable in all conditions, from trees to bumps, from terrain parks to the racecourse. Our experienced coaches tailor the day's activities to the conditions and provide expert coaching to improve your child's skills. While skiing is our focus, we also offer optional snowboarding lessons on many Sundays, giving your child the chance to ride with some of Stratton's great snowboarding coaches. Our coaches may also lead an optional snowshoeing expedition to Stratton's lookout tower or try cross-country skiing on the sunny side of the mountain. (Rental equipment is available at an additional charge.) Participants will ski with the same group of trained coaches throughout the winter season. Crossroads is best suited for children that are able to ski most mountain trails in a parallel position.

Children will have the opportunity to work with coaches who specialize in each discipline and will ski with the same group of coaches through out the season. Our goal is to help each child build a solid foundation of fundamentals and become a versatile, well rounded skier!
