For young skiers and riders at any ability level, this full day program includes two action-packed on-snow sessions, healthy lunch and indoor supervision. Stratton is a leader in teaching children to ski and snowboard. This program fills up quickly.

Half  Day sessions available midweek and Sunday, non-holiday.

When making reservations for Little Cub please provide the following information:

• Child's ability level - ski or snowboard
• Any allergies - food or otherwise (we are a NUT FREE facility )
• Medication your child is on long term
• Any special conditions

Cancellation Policy
Outside of 7 days prior to the lesson – full refund to credit card
7 days to 48 hours prior to lesson time: $50 cancellation fee, with remaining balance on a gift card
Within 48 hours of lesson time: full forfeiture of lesson fee (for example, Saturday noon lesson must be cancelled prior to noon on Thursday)

This ski and snowboard program is designed to make learning fun for the older kids. Divided into similar ability levels, kids spend their day building strong technique while exploring the mountain and meeting new friends. Coaches keep things moving by establishing a fun, exciting environment. Limited space in the lunch program makes reservations a requirement!

Childcare is available for Ages 6 weeks to 3 years.

Fully licensed childcare program offers a full day of fun in a perfect play environment with safe and enriching toys and a staff that understands how to fuel your child's imagination. We open early so moms and dads can enjoy a full day on the slopes, assured that their kids are well cared for. Lunch (for full-day session only) and healthy snacks included.

Reservations are required. Many weekends and holiday periods are book early.

Age-Based Programs:
Bear Bottoms: 6 weeks to 1 year. Ratio- 4:1
Shooting Stars: 13. - 23 months Ratio- 4:1
Wanderers: 24 - 35 months Ratio- 5:1
Dancing Bears: 3 year olds ONLY - Ratio- 10:1

Ski + Play: 3 year olds ONLY (additional $34 charge per day)

This is a one hour introductory ski lesson designed to get your little ones familiar with skiing. A child must be registered in childcare. Please bring snow clothes, warm socks, gloves, face protection and hat or helmet. We have standard size boots for 3-year-olds and small skis. This is a NO LIFT ACCESS program. Proficient Ski & Plays will use the Magic Carpet.  Parents with more experienced skiers may consider a private lesson with the Ski and Snowboard School.

Children must be a minimum of three years of age and willing to ski. Group lessons are scheduled on a 'first come first-served' basis by the program staff. Children should arrive before 10AM to participate in a Ski + Play lesson.

General Policies

• Arrivals: For full day programs, please sign in by 10 am
• A parent or legal guardian will be required to fill out a childcare Registration Form with emergency and medical information each season. Save time at drop off by filling out one ahead of time! Click here to download Registration Form
• Indoor footwear is required for all children
• Our childcare is a PEANUT FREE facility
• If your child has severe food allergies or dietary restrictions please call Childcare to make sure we can accomodate these needs, or feel free to bring your own food (food needs to be peanut free)
• Licensing: We are an indoor program. Areas are divided by age per State Regulations.
• Children that are ill will not be admitted into childcare. Child Care Health Policy
• Infants and 1-year-olds will be provided with cribs for a morning and/or afternoon nap. All other ages will be provided with rest mats after lunch. If your child does not nap they will be offered a quiet activity.

Half days pick up at 12:00
(a dollar per minute late fee will be charged if child is not picked up on time)

Packing List
Parents will need to supply:

• At least one full change of clothes
• Eight diapers and wipes for a full day
• All jarred baby food
• Pre-made bottles and formula
• Indoor footwear
• Any comfort item the child may need
