Stratton maintains a number of Terrain Parks of varying sizes and difficulties around the mountain. To keep the parks in pristine condition, we've hired some of the most talented and dedicated people we could find. We present to you, the Terrain Parks Crew!

 

 

Richie Gagnon

Why did you choose to work at Stratton: The free pass helped but I really love building things that make the kids happy.
What got you into parks: Backyard building.

David “Bubba” Snyder


Position: Terrain Park Supervisor
Years with company: 2011-2012 is my 10th season
Favorite 2010-2011 parks event: Burgers and Bonks
Favorite pro rider: Travis Rice
Why did you choose to work at Stratton: When I came to Vermont 11 years ago, I rode four different mountains. It was late March and Stratton had the most snow and best conditions.
What got you into parks: I started as a snowboard instructor at Stratton and eventually ended up teaching all of the park lessons. Tried both instructing and parks crew for a season then moved into parks full time five years ago.
Favorite skiing or riding gear: Burton Thirty Two

Why did you choose to work at Stratton: Why wouldn’t you? This place is my playground.
What got you into parks: Building jumps and PVC rails in my yard.

What got you into parks: Building ramps and dirt jumps for BMX back in the O.G. days.
