Stratton Mountain Has the Pass for Winter-Long Fun

Stratton Mountain, Vermont-   For the 2008/ 2009 season, Stratton Mountain Resort will once again give dedicated skiers and riders a reason to celebrate by releasing a multitude of season’s pass packages fit for any budget.  Buying a pass before October 13 will also allow the forward thinking individual to receive discounted pre-season pricing.

While there are ten different pass options to choose from, ALL Stratton pass-holders will receive direct-to-lift access, a resort charging option, and a complimentary one year subscription to Ski Magazine; not to mention access to 92 trails, 600+ skiable acres, Gold Medal Grooming, 95% snowmaking and Stratton’s Great Snow Guarantee, challenging glades, and the number one terrain parks in North America according to Ski Magazine.  New this year is the Friends and Neighbors pass which caters to locals and offers Wednesday skiing and riding all season long for just $149.  With twenty Wednesdays throughout the season, that averages to be $7.45 per day!

For those who can’t do Wednesday’s Stratton offers a Sunday pass for the low price of $229.  Skiers and riders seeking a more flexible but still affordable option may want to try the Value Pass for $579 which only blacks out holidays or Value Plus pass for $659 which includes the same black out dates but gives access to Okemo and Mount Sunapee as well.

Individuals who don’t want to be restricted in any way shape or form should check out the Stratton Standard Pass with no black out dates.  At $979, it is less expensive than comparable passes at many competitor mountains.
