Stratton Golf University and The Gunterman Tennis School are two of the most highly regarded schools of their kind. Stratton is home to a 27-hole championship golf course that is considered one of the best public courses in New England. Designed by famed golf course architect Geoffrey Cornish, the Stratton Mountain course features three different 9-hole layouts that incorporate the natural features of the land. 9. The Adventure
Just because the winter season is over doesn’t mean that the adventure stops at Stratton Mountain. The summer is the perfect time to come and take advantage of all the action on and around Stratton Mountain. Whitewater Rafting or Kayaking on the nearby West River with Zoar Outdoor, Paintball on the mountain with the Avalanche Paintball crew, or explore miles of hiking trails including the Appalachian and Long Trails which run over the Stratton Summit!
