Activities: You'll never run out of ways to relax or have fun on the Mountain with a wide range of activities perfect for any age, budget, and inclination.  There's plenty to do right around the mountain, so bring your gear!  If you enjoy Tennis or Golf, play a few rounds on the Stratton Mountain 27-hole golf course improve your tennis stroke at the Drysdale Tennis School or step up your game and enroll in Stratton's famous Golf University.  If you enjoying walking on the wild side, try hiking to the Stratton summit and over to the firetower via Vermont's famous Long Trail, fish for trout with knowledgeable anglers from First Run, kayak down the West River with your guides from First Run or Zoar Outdoor, or explore the local swimming holes and cascades such as the nearby Pike's Falls.  You could go shopping in the well-appointed Stratton Village, or mix things up and take a day trip into nearby Manchester where you can shop at the Manchester Outlets, take a tour of Hildene Mansion, have lunch outside at the Marsh Tavern at the Equinox Resort, or stop by the Orvis headquarters for a new rod or reel.  On your way home, stop by a Farmer's Market for local produce and a bottle of wine from the North River Winery, perfect for that end of day barbecue as you relax on your deck and watch the sun set behind the mountains.  At the end of or in lieu of your action packed day, lounge by the pool or head down to the Stratton Sports Center for a massage!  Bring the kids or enroll them in Kids Tennis Camp or the daily Kids Kamp.  Whatever you like to do, come and make your own authentic Vermont Experience at Stratton Mountain Resort!
