Women's Workshops welcome any level of skier or snowboarder with coaching, camaraderie and amazing value. 

Stratton's ski and snowboard programs, designed exclusively for women by women, will help you get the most out of winter.  The hands on instructing and supportive environment will help skiers and riders of all levels, whether you are trying the sport for the first time or are looking to improve your alpine and/or snowboard skills, technically and aesthetically. This full-day instructional program includes up to 6 hours of coaching.  We offer groups for all levels of skiers and riders, beginner to expert!  For beginner snowboarders, we feature Burton's state- of- the -art Learn to Ride System.

Start each day right with first tracks!  The Women's Workshop groups get early access* to the lifts, allowing for some private time on the hill to enjoy the fresh grooming and snow! If you aren't ready to hit the slopes early, join the rest of the crew for breakfast at the mid-mountain lodge at 9:30. 

New this season, we are offering options in the afternoons. Enjoy a healthy lunch with your group and head back out on the snow for additional coaching or choose to visit the sports center, go for a snowshoe hike, learn another snowsport or simply take some runs on your own.  The program includes breakfast and lunch daily, access to the Stratton Sports Center, free equipment Demos, après ski/ride activities such as wine tastings and food pairings with an Executive Chef, and more.

Providing the perfect atmosphere for women to gain exposure to new equipment, technique, terrain and maybe a new sport, the Women's Workshop is the right place for every skier and snowboarder!

Are you new to the sport?  We welcome you with ski or snowboard rental equipment for $25 per day. 

Got Kids?  Women's Workshop Participants can register the kids for Child Care, Little Cub or Big Cub for $49 per day during the program.  Reservations for the kids are required.
