About Crossroads:

Crossroads is a program for 8 to 12 year olds who are able to ski most mountain trails in a strong parallel. The program focuses on refining skills through exposure to a diverse set of activities and drills on varying terrain and conditions.  Participants will ski with the same group of trained coaches throughout the winter season.

Included in the cost of the Crossroads program is a NASTAR Season Pass. The participants will have access to the NASTAR course at their coaches' discretion as well as anytime they are skiing with family or on their own.

Schedule:  Crossroads is in session all weekends beginning November 28, 2009 – March 28, 2010
Winter Break: December 26, 2009 - January 3, 2010
Martin Luther King Weekend: January 16-18, 2010
President's Week: February 13 -21, 2010

The daily schedule includes 2 sessions: 8:45 - 11:45 and 1:00 - 3:00. The morning session is instructional in nature while the afternoons are spent having fun and seeking out the steep and deep. We ask that younger children be picked up at the meeting area for lunch and at the end of the day.
 
On Saturday, November 28, we will host an opening weekend get together for both parents and athletes.  This will be an informational meeting where parents can meet the coaches and have last minute questions answered and paperwork finalized.

Please fill out the Crossroads Forms required for the program. Completed forms may be returned by mail (attn: Crossroads) or turned in at the November 28 meeting.
