Cancellation Policies |
Seasonal Programs: Seasonal Programs are non-refundable and non-transferable: all purchases are final once the season starts, however, participants may move form one Seasonal Program to another; additional charges may apply. Seasonal Little and Big Cub: Reserved days can be changed no later than noon the day before. After this time, you will forfeit your day.
Cancellation and Change Policy for Private Lessons, Junior School and Child Care:
-Outside of 7 days prior to the lesson time - full return to credit card
-7 days to 48 hours prior to lesson time: $50 cancellation fee, with remaining balance on a Gift Card
-Within 48 hours of lesson time: full forfeiture of the entire cost of the lesson
(Ex: Lesson is scheduled for noon on Saturday you must call to cancel by noon on the Thursday before the lesson)
Guest Satisfaction Policy: So that we can address your concerns, please let us know immediately if you are not fully satisfied with your lesson.
