Cancellation Policies

 

Seasonal Programs: Seasonal Programs are non-refundable and non-transferable: all purchases are final once the season starts, however, participants may move form one Seasonal Program to another; additional charges may apply. 

Junior School and Child Care Cancellation Policy: 

Reserved days can be changed no later than noon the day before. After this time, you will forfeit your day.

 

For all refunds to a credit card, there is an additional $10 processing fee.

 

 

 Private Lesson Cancellation and Change Policy:

7-14 days prior to lesson date:

Request private: forfeit 10% of the lesson price, with the balance in hold account.

Assigned private: forfeit 5% of the lesson price, with the balance in hold account.

 

7 days to 24 hours prior to lesson date:

Request private: forfeit 20% of lesson price, with the balance in hold account.

Assigned private: forfeit 10% of lesson price, with the balance in hold account.

 

Within 24 hours of lesson date:

Full forfeiture of the entire cost of the lesson. No refunds.

Guest Satisfaction Policy:  If you are not satisfied with your lesson, please address your concerns with a Ski and Snowboard School Supervisor or Manager, prior to the end of the business day the lesson occurred.
