"I have been at Stratton Mountain for a couple of seasons and so far my experience has been really good. As an International Employee I have learned about how important team work is to get to our goals and objectives. I have also met people, not only from the USA, who made my experience better and let me work in a good environment. I am very happy to be part of Stratton and I am hoping to keep contributing with my work."

Department: Central Reservations

Working seasonally at Stratton for 10 years has really worked wonderfully for me and my family.  I am able to work in a fun and exciting atmosphere. I receive passes for myself and my family, enabling us to ski/snowboard, which would otherwise be a sport beyond our means.  My schedule is flexible enough to allow one weekend day off to spend with my family and some weekdays off to volunteer at my daughter's elementary school.  My summers are open to explore other employment opportunities or be home with my daughter.  My co-workers are a lot of fun and truly dedicated, making my job easier and not really seem like work!  No one day is exactly like the other!
