Lake 9 : Par 5 - Green Depth: 40 Yards

If you think the drive on #8 is difficult, #9 demands an even longer and straighter drive. A lake in front of the tee requires a big drive, while a lateral hazard protects the right side. Uphill all the way, the second shot has to be hit with a fairway wood, even though the difficult lie resists such a long club. You can not see where the second shot might end up, but aim right of where you would think for the fairway tends to kick balls to the left. From a well struck second shot, a short iron to a two tiered green protected by a small pond brings this nine to a dramatic close.
