From the back tee on #8, this beautiful but demanding hole is the most picturesque on the Lake Nine. But it is a difficult tee shot in that you must hit it far AND straight. Aim down the left side of the fairway to avoid the stream that runs down the right. Once you have positioned your ball on the left side, a mid iron will have to be well struck to approach a fairly small green protected by a demanding front bunker. Walking away with a par here is a good thing.
