Class Descriptions:

Indoor Cycling brings a vigorous cardio fitness workout to any fitness enthusiast, recreational cyclist or serious racer. Emphasis is on bike/rider connection on a stationary bike. Water bottle is necessary. Beginners, please arrive 5 minutes early. Please wear a heart rate monitor if you have one. Must be 14 or older to participate.

Mountain Hooping is a low impact fitness activity that tones your body, improves your balance and coordination, and provides an effective cardio work out, all whilehaving fun.  Hoops are provided for the class.  No prior hoop experience necessary. Beginners welcome. 

BodyFit is a strength building class that utilizes your own body weight to strengthen and tone your body with an emphasis on core. Modifications can be made on all the movements so that each individual can receive the benefits of the exercise in a way that feels comfortable and safe to them. Beginners are welcome. 

Zumba is inspired by dance, combining Latin rhythms with cardio exercise to create an aerobic routine that is fun and easy to follow. Dance up a sweat! Must wear sneakers. No prior experience necessary. Beginners are welcome.

Strength & Mobility is a one-hour class utilizing the many components of a technically sound and robust exercise program. Strength, mobility, flexibility, endurance and cardiovascular challenges are all part of this upbeat and fun class. No matter what your sport or fitness goal this open class will help get you the results needed for success. 

Pi-Yo is a perfect fusion of pilates and yoga for all ages and fitness levels.  This class will demonstrate various levels allowing you to work at your own pace, providing improved strength & flexibility as well as a balance to your overall health. 

Yoga Flow explores the traditional yoga poses, with basic to challenging options offered. Calming breathing techniques and the meditative aspect of the practice may be featured. No experience necessary. Newbies and experienced practitioners are welcome.

Power Yoga is a vigorous, flowing yoga class linking postures, motion and breath. Be prepared to work hard and to sweat a lot! Prior experience practicing yoga is recommended.

Advanced Beginner’s Tennis Clinic is a 1-hour clinic followed by half an hour of match play geared toward the 2.5 and below level player.  The clinic will work on developing stroke technique as well as focusing on point play. Guests: $25.  Resident Member: $22.50.  Full Member: $20. 

Skills, Drills, and Thrills Tennis Clinic is a 1.5-hour clinic aimed at the Intermediate plus level player. It combines expert instruction with skills, drills, and strategic point play – a formula sure to improve everyone’s game. Guests: $30.  Resident Member: $27.  Full Member: $24.

Cardio Tennis is fun, fast paced 1 hour tennis class set to music, this fun group class energizes everyone, gets their heart rate moving, and provides players of all levels practice, restorative poses recharge our energy reserves, heal the effects of stress, and bring our nervous systems into a more balanced state.  This class will leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and renewed.  Appropriate for all levels. No experience necessary.
