Kids will find their passion for food and the culinary arts as Chef Ralph Capalupo teaches them in the kitchen about food preparation, knife skills, food safety, sustainability, ecological conservation and proper nutrition. The theme is Italian American food, fresh, seasonal and local.

They will be making:
Fresh pasta - two types
Pizza dough and pizza
Italian doughnuts “Zeppole”
Fried dough “Elephant Ears”
They will have a craft each day that accompanies the theme/food. Then on the last day, the children present their art work to their parents and make present a sit down dinner from the prep work the children did all week. They will also receive a recipe packet for the food they made that week.
