Water Aerobics: A high-impact class utilizing water for resistance muscular work, a cool cardio workout, water yoga, and tension releasing stretching. Non-swimmers welcome; be prepared to be challenged!
Yoga: Yoga focuses on mindful unified movement which increases strength, flexibility, core stability and balance. Our instructors teach different styles of yoga and our classes are accommodating to all flexibility and fitness levels.
Power Vinyasa Yoga : A vigorous flowing yoga linking postures, motion, and breath practiced in a heated room allowing for more pliable muscles, greater detoxification, and sweat. All levels of experience are welcome with an emphasis on alignment, core stability, and focus. Be challenged, strengthened, and transformed at your own pace. BRING WATER AND A LARGE TOWEL!
Pilates: Teaches body awareness, good posture and easy, graceful movement. Pilates improves flexibility, agility and economy of motion. It can even help alleviate back pain. This class also utilizes props to isolate muscles for strength and awareness on an individual level.
Zumba: is a fitness program inspired by dance combining Latin rhythms with cardio exercise to create an aerobic routine that is fun and easy to follow. Dance up a sweat! Beginners welcome!! Must wear sneakers!
Strength & Mobility Training: Learn the scientific secrets of total body strength and mobility training. Jonathan's philosophy of "train the movement, not the muscle" will teach your body to achieve quick results. This class is geared towards the athlete, but if you're new to exercise this is a great place to start learning about developing a fitness plan. Classes may incorporate the use of kettle bells, stretch cords, body weight and other unconventional tools depending on the curriculum of the day.
Martial Arts Fitness: A great class to help get into or stay in shape, with a variety of martial arts based kicks, punches, and stances for a full body workout. With light or no impact, training these techniques will be on martial arts targets as well as learning basic self-defense .
Cardio Kickboxing: This class offers basic techniques from former world champion Master Huzon Alexander using both kickboxing and boxing techniques in a fun circuit training format designed for for all body types and fitness levels.
Tactical Self-Defense: A step above the basics! You will learn a variety of techniques including kicks, punches, stances, and ground position self defense. A state of the art training system to give you the confidence to defend yourself while getting a complete full body workout.
Indoor Cycling: Indoor group cycling on a stationary bike. Perfect for any fitness enthusiast, recreational cyclist, or serious racer. Emphasis on bike/rider connection. Class brings a vigorous cardio fitness workout to all ages (14+) and abilities. Water bottle necessary! Bringing a gel seat is recommended. Beginners, please arrive 15 minutes early.
