Class Description


 

Spin – Indoor group cycling on a stationary bike.  Emphasis on mind/body connection.  Spinning brings fitness to all ages and abilities.

Yoga – Learn to flow seamlessly from pose to pose.  Create physical grace and a powerful sense of well-being.

Yoga/Pilates – The focus of this class is mindful movement, core stability and unified body movements.  Accommodating to all fitness levels to increase strength, flexibility and balance.

YogaShape – Athletic Yoga that will make you sweat.  A combination of Hatha yoga with pilates moves infused into the class.  All abilities welcome.  Beginner class. 

Pilates – Beneficial for people of all ages, aptitudes and fitness levels.  This class focuses on strength, flexibility and control of the body. Tone and build long lean muscles, challenge deep abdominal muscles and enhance body awareness.

Core Awareness Training – (C.A.T) This is an advanced class for athletes. The focus is on challenging the movement not the muscle with dynamic strength training.  Athletes looking to increase their performance, function and mobility will benefit immensely.

Aquacise – Splash into shape while staying cool and relaxed. This class utilizes the water for resistance to work your muscles and cardiovascular system. Non-swimmers are also welcome.

Cardio Tennis – This is a new, fun group activity featuring drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate, high-energy workout.

 

DRYSDALE TENNIS PROGRAMS:

 

Cardio Tennis:  A fun, fast paced tennis class set to music, this fun group class energizes everyone, gets their heart rate moving, and provides players of all abilities the chance to mix together.

 


Tennis Escape Clinic: This 2.5 hour clinic covers all aspects of the game. Each clinic caters to all abilities as levels are divided between multiple instructors (numbers allowing). The maximum player instructor ratio is 4:1 ensuring personal attention. Clinics include instruction, strategy, and point play.

 


Tennis Mixer: This fun round robin allows all players, members, guests, and Tennis School to join together for a round robin to enjoy tennis and socializing. Each mixer is conducted by a tennis pro to ensure that matches are even and fun.

 


Junior Clinic: These fun junior clinics are aimed to intermediate to advanced level players looking for instruction and point play. Each clinic covers all areas of the game and will ensure players progress in their ability while enjoying their tennis. Ages 12-18.
