Stratton Mountain Homeowner Lounge Guidelines |
• The Homeowner Lounge is open daily from 6:00 am – 6:00 pm
• In an effort to best accommodate the membership during peak times, blackout periods will be enforced in the lounge. Blackout periods reflect peak times in which guest or extended family use is restricted. Blackout periods will normally be in effect from 11:30 am – 1:00 pm on weekend and holiday periods. (Please note: Management reserves the right to review traffic patterns and usage, and adjust guest and extended family privileges at its discretion.)
• Members must be present with their guests at all times. Children may not have guests without an adult member present.
• Guests are not permitted in the room during blackouts. Guests include immediate family that are not full members, extended family, house guests and friends.
• During non blackout periods members are permitted to bring guests according to their membership:
Full Family = 4 guests
Full Couple = 2 guests
Full Single = 1 guest
• Well behaved children are welcome and encouraged to enjoy the lounge. (Children are counted as guests the same as adults) Members are responsible for the behavior of their guests and children.
• All Members are required to show proof of membership by presenting a red Homeowner Membership card or a current ski pass with SMHM logo.
• There are cubbies in the lounge for storage of extra clothes, snacks, boots, etc…. There is no storage for skis or poles in the lounge. There are no reserved cubbies; they can be used daily on a first-come-first-serve basis.
• There will be complimentary coffee, tea, hot cocoa and water offered in the lounge on weekends and holiday periods. Members are welcome to bring food from the cafeteria or "brown bag" lunches.
• Reservations are not accepted in the homeowner lounge.
