Dear Prospective Stratton Guest,
Thank you for your interest a long-term rental program at Stratton Mountain Resort.
Stratton Mountain offers a wide selection of lodging choices throughout the resort. Enjoy home-away-from-home style accommodations with our many condominium properties. One to four bedroom units are available allowing you to choose from a variety of floor plans. Options include multi or single level living, air conditioning and locations in the heart of the village or more private locations. Condos are available from two weeks to three months with rates starting at $730.
As a summer seasonal renter you are eligible to join our Resort Club Membership Program that offers unlimited access to:
• Golf - Stratton's 27-hole golf facility designed by Geoffrey Cornish
• Fitness - Stratton's full service sports center with: indoor pool; circuit and free weights; cardio equipment; and racquetball courts
• Tennis -15 outdoor tennis courts, including select courts with Har Tru clay
• Programming - Full Resort programming including: Member Socials, Weekly Complimentary Golf Clinics and Family Golf Events
• Preferred rates on all programs at the Stratton Golf University
Throughout the summer, Resort Club Members will have access to special programming events. Highlights include a complimentary weekly golf clinic and a Resort Club Social. Members will also be able to charge food, beverage, and retail purchases from all over the resort to their membership accounts. In addition, Members will be able to receive special resort-wide discounts.
