Owner Use Calendar Information

Dear Valued Homeowner,

We would ask that you please take a few minutes to complete your Owner Use Calendar for the Winter Season 2008/09.  Attached you will find a quick and simple one page guide that explains the different aspects of the calendar.  When completed, simply fax or email your copy to Owner Rental Management at (802) 297 4574 or orm@stratton.com .

Please complete and return your Owner Use Calendars to Owner Rental Management no later than Tuesday July 1, 2008.  Owner Calendars received after the due date will be subject to availability.

Once your calendar has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation for each individual reservation including the dates and names of friends, if applicable.  Although these requests have been double checked by the Owner Relations staff, we ask that you review each confirmation to ensure its accuracy is to your satisfaction.
